LIC Recruitment 2026 For 8,500 vacancies for assistant AAO & ADO posts

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is expected to announce over 8,500 vacancies for Assistant (Class 3), AAO, and ADO posts in 2026, with the application process projected to start around May 2026. Candidates (18–30 years) with a bachelor’s degree can apply, aiming for positions offering gross salaries of ₹35,000–₹40,000+ per month.

• Selection Stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
• Salary: Assistant employees can expect a gross salary in the range of ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, including DA, HRA, and medical benefits.
