Position Summary

The Management Trainee (HR) role is designed to develop future HR leaders who will contribute to IFFCO’s human resource management across various operational units.

Eligibility Criteria

4.1 Educational Qualification

Essential

  • 5-year integrated MBA from recognized university, OR
  • 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management from recognized institution
  • Degree must be from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution

Desirable

  • Additional certification in HR practices
  • Internship experience in HR domain
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR analytics

4.2 Age Criteria

  • Maximum Age: 25 years as on closing date
  • Age relaxation for SC/ST: 5 years
  • Age relaxation for OBC: 3 years
  • Age relaxation for PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST PwBD, 13 years for OBC PwBD)

4.3 Experience Requirements
